1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the pktk website accessible at pktk.lat, including all pages, subpages, games, betting interfaces, account dashboards, and associated services.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who registers an account on the Platform or accesses any part of the Platform's services.
• "Account" means the individual registered player account created on the Platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the real-money BDT funds held in a player's Account, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback award, or matched deposit bonus credited to an Account by pktk under the terms of a specific promotion.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which all Platform transactions are denominated.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity and age verification process required by pktk before permitting withdrawals or as otherwise required by pktk's internal compliance procedures.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total bet volume that must be completed using Bonus Funds before those funds or any winnings derived from them may be converted to withdrawable Balance.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform at the time of your use.

These Terms & Conditions form the entire agreement between you and pktk in relation to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms. You and that person shall each be jointly and severally liable for any obligations arising under these terms.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Use of the Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. pktk operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Any Account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately, all associated bets voided, and any deposited funds returned to the payment method used for the original deposit.

3.2 Jurisdiction

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your country and location. pktk makes no representation that the Platform is legal or appropriate for use in all jurisdictions. Access to the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is undertaken at your own risk.

3.3 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not eligible to hold a pktk Account or participate in any Platform services:

• Individuals under 21 years of age.
• Employees, contractors, directors, or agents of pktk or its affiliated companies, and their immediate family members.
• Individuals who have successfully enrolled in a self-exclusion programme on the Platform and whose exclusion period has not expired.
• Individuals using automated scripts, bots, or any other software tool to interact with the Platform.

4 Account Registration and Verification

4.1 Registration

To access real-money services on the Platform, you must register an Account. During registration you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You agree to keep this information current and to notify pktk promptly of any changes.

4.2 One Account Rule

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one Account. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or in combination with another person — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, pktk reserves the right to close all but one Account, void all associated bets and bonuses, and in cases of deliberate abuse, permanently ban the player from the Platform.

4.3 KYC Verification

pktk reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and payment method ownership at any time. Standard KYC documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate for age and identity verification, and a screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account used for deposits. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

4.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. pktk will never request your password through any communication channel. All activity conducted from your Account will be treated as authorised by you. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify pktk support immediately via live chat or email.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pktk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in BDT. pktk does not accept cryptocurrency, international wire transfers, or payment methods not listed above.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Account dashboard at the time of a withdrawal request. These limits may be subject to change at pktk's discretion, with any changes communicated via the Platform.

5.3 Processing Times

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to the Account balance in real time following confirmed receipt. Withdrawal processing times for verified accounts are typically 15–30 minutes for mobile wallet channels. Withdrawals to Visa or Mastercard may take 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank. pktk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are only processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, up to the amount of that deposit. This anti-money laundering measure is applied consistently across all Accounts. Additional withdrawal channels may be permitted following satisfactory KYC review at pktk's discretion. pktk reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

5.5 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. pktk reserves the right to deduct a monthly administrative fee from the Balance of a dormant Account. Players will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied. Reactivation of a dormant Account is possible by logging in and completing an identity re-verification process.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by pktk are subject to these general terms and any additional conditions specific to the individual promotion. By claiming any bonus, you accept the applicable terms in full. Where a conflict exists between these general terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds must be wagered at least the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn. Unless a promotion states otherwise, wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Bonus Funds that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements at the end of the applicable period will be forfeited without compensation.

6.3 Game Contributions

Not all games contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Slots and crash games typically contribute 100% of each bet placed. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. The contribution rate for each game category is disclosed in the promotion-specific terms. Bets placed on excluded games do not count toward wagering requirements.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

pktk reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close an Account, where there is evidence that a player or group of players has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing opposing bets across different accounts to guarantee a wagering outcome; or using any other strategy intended to circumvent the spirit of the promotion terms.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Placement

A bet is considered placed and confirmed only when a bet reference number has been generated and displayed on your screen. It is your responsibility to verify that all bet details — selection, stake, and odds — are correct before confirming. pktk is not liable for errors made by the player during bet placement.

7.2 Bet Settlement

All bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a dispute regarding the result, pktk's determination is final and binding, subject to the complaints procedure set out in these terms.

7.3 Void Bets

pktk reserves the right to void a bet in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the relevant market is resolved; the odds offered were the result of a manifest error; there is evidence that the bet was placed using information not available to the general public at the time of placement (insider information); or the bet forms part of a pattern of prohibited conduct.

7.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum single-bet winnings are subject to limits that vary by sport and market. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface. pktk reserves the right to apply maximum winnings caps to any bet regardless of the stake placed.

8 Casino Games

All casino games available on the Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and table games — are supplied by third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited for fairness.

The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is set by the game provider and is available within the game's information panel. pktk does not alter RTP settings for any game. Players acknowledge that casino games are games of chance and that no strategy or system guarantees a winning outcome.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including disconnections, game freezes, or server errors — pktk will restore the game state to the last confirmed position recorded on its servers. Where full restoration is not possible, the stake for the interrupted round will be returned to the player's Account Balance. pktk is not liable for losses arising from interruptions caused by the player's own internet connection or device.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all bets and balances, and a permanent ban:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the betting interface for financial gain. Any winnings resulting from exploitation of a known or unknown error are not valid and will be voided.
• Participating in any form of collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of a game or the settlement of a bet.
• Using the Platform in connection with any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal offence under applicable law.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other communication with pktk.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, including using a family member's or third party's Account on your own behalf.
• Attempting to circumvent any self-exclusion, deposit limit, or other responsible gaming restriction applied to your Account.

10 Responsible Gaming

pktk is firmly committed to responsible gaming. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If you feel that your gambling is no longer under control, pktk provides a full suite of player-managed tools accessible directly from your Account dashboard, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure.

Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period. 11 Account Suspension and Closure

pktk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice if it reasonably believes that: the Account holder has breached these Terms & Conditions; the security of the Account has been compromised; the Account is being used in connection with prohibited conduct or fraudulent activity; or closure is required to comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any Balance may be forfeited in whole or in part at pktk's discretion. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach — for example, at the player's own request — any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to any outstanding KYC or compliance requirements.

Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting pktk support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and the pktk brand name and associated trademarks — is the exclusive property of pktk or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without prior written consent from pktk.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pktk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if pktk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pktk's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pktk is not responsible for the content, availability, or accuracy of third-party game providers' software, odds feeds, or payment processing services. Any disputes relating to third-party products should be raised directly with the relevant provider, though pktk will use reasonable endeavours to assist in resolving such disputes.

14 Privacy

pktk collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the Platform you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pktk implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Your personal data is not sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes.

15 Amendments to These Terms

pktk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pktk will provide reasonable notice via email to the address registered on your Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The date at the top of this page indicates when these terms were last updated. If you do not agree to any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and close your Account.

16 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the Platform, pktk encourages players to contact support in the first instance so that the matter can be resolved informally and efficiently.

pktk will acknowledge all formal written complaints within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 14 business days of receipt. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal proceedings.
